He is \u201call wise\u201d and people come&nbsp;far and wide with their questions about \u201cspreading the blessing\u201d. One such&nbsp;recent question and answer is highlighted below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Question to Chairman Rhodes: \u201cWhat does the \u2018Spread the Blessing&nbsp;Foundation\u2019 feel about&nbsp;\u2018voyeurism\u2019 \u201d &nbsp;??<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 is it bad because it really is not \u201cthe act of\u201d spreading the blessing ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 is it good, in&nbsp; that the voyeur is dreaming about \u2018spreading the blessing\u2019&nbsp;with \u2018the voyee\u2019 &nbsp;??<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Chairman Response: \u201cNo, because looking is not participating in spreading&nbsp;the blessing\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vice President&nbsp;Outreach &amp; Policy:<\/strong>&nbsp;Scott Sklar has an ex-wife&nbsp;and a daughter and has traveled to most countries on the planet, not only&nbsp;for his work, but also in the untiring quest of \u201cspreading the blessing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vice President Morality &amp; Ethics:<\/strong>&nbsp;Candice Eliopoulos has one&nbsp;husband and three children, and is staunchly principled. While she&nbsp;supports \u201cspreading the blessing,\u201d she believes it must be done&nbsp;responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Higher Council:<\/strong>&nbsp;Louis J. Tutilo* has one wife, two children and three cats (see the progression ?). He can count and believes that \u201cmore is better.\u201d His most famous quote, \u201cEven a broken clock is right twice a day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mascot:<\/strong>&nbsp;Richard Rached: Is the Spread the Blessing Foundation\u2019s \u201cwork&nbsp;in progress.\u201d He hasn\u2019t been spreading the blessing. In fact, our Chairman&nbsp;believes he is regressing and could implode into a giant black hole.
